Embraer delivered a total of 61 aircraft across all business units in the second quarter of 2025 (2Q25), representing a 30% increase compared to the 47 jets delivered in 2Q24. The performance also more than doubles the company’s volume from the first quarter of 2025, reflecting a 103% rise.

For the full year, Embraer projects deliveries between 77 and 85 aircraft in Commercial Aviation, with the midpoint roughly 10% higher year-over-year. In Executive Aviation, the company expects to deliver between 145 and 155 jets, targeting around 15% growth compared to 2024.

Beyond aircraft deliveries, Embraer is reinforcing its focus on developing specialised talent. The company announced a new edition of its Master of Science in Aeronautical Engineering Program, organised in partnership with Brazil’s Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA). The initiative will offer an initial monthly scholarship of R$5,000 to 45 new master’s students located in Brazil, with a 20% increase in the second year. Students will also receive medical and dental insurance, life insurance, and meal allowances.

Andreza Alberto, Vice President of People, ESG, and Corporate Communications at Embraer, emphasised: “Developing people is a strategic investment and a hallmark of Embraer’s culture. By the end of the program, the hiring rate of these new talents is high, over 96%. To date, more than 1,600 graduates from the initiative have joined our team, helping us design the future of aviation.”

The program lasts 18 months and combines in-person and partially remote classes held in São José dos Campos (SP), Brazil, at Embraer’s headquarters and ITA. The curriculum is taught by professionals from both institutions and external consultants. Graduates earn a professional master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering recognised by Brazil’s Ministry of Education.

This edition is open to professionals who earned engineering degrees in 2023, 2024, or 2025 in nearly 30 fields, including Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Materials, Chemical, and more. Advanced English proficiency is required. Applications are open until September 7, 2025 at embraer.com/pee, with classes set to begin in February 2026.
